1. Acceptance and scope
By registering for, signing in to, or using Yosu, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you disagree.
These Terms cover the Yosu website, web application, and features that expressly reference them. Rules and notices shown within a feature also form part of these Terms.
2. Accounts and security
Use a phone number or email address you are authorized to use, keep your credentials and devices secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not transfer, rent, lend, or register an account using another person’s identity.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password, revoke sessions, and contact us promptly.
- Users under 18 need a guardian’s consent and guidance. The service is not intended for independent use by children under 14.
3. Service and limitations
Yosu provides bookkeeping, ledgers, asset accounts, budgets, savings goals, reconciliation, data transfer, and related analysis tools. Availability may vary by service region, account region, membership, or operational plan.
Statistics, budgeting, tax estimates, and planning tools are informational only and are not investment, tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice.
4. Your content
You retain your lawful rights in the transactions, notes, categories, and other content you enter. You authorize us to process that content only as needed to store, synchronize, calculate, display, back up, export, and restore the service. We do not use ledger content for advertising profiles.
You must have the right to submit or share content and must review the audience of anything you deliberately publish through sharing features.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not violate law or third-party rights, bypass authentication or security controls, disrupt the service, scrape another user’s data, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for fraud or unlawful financial activity.
6. Fees and changes
Any paid feature, membership benefit, price, term, or refund rule is governed by the information displayed when you purchase it. We will not turn a free feature into a charge without your confirmation.
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. Material changes to your rights or our personal-data practices will be communicated through reasonable notice.
7. Availability and liability
We use reasonable measures to keep the service reliable and secure, but maintenance, networks, devices, providers, force majeure, or security incidents can interrupt it. Export important records when appropriate.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible beyond mandatory legal requirements for indirect loss caused by user action, device failure, third parties, or force majeure.
8. Intellectual property
Except for user content, the software, interface, text, graphics, marks, database design, and related work are protected by intellectual-property law. Do not copy, exploit, sell, or create substantial derivatives without authorization unless the law expressly permits it.
9. Restriction and deletion
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate law, threaten system security, or materially breach these Terms. You may permanently delete your account from account settings; associated data is then handled under the Privacy Policy.
10. Law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute amicably, then may bring it before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
